Nensi Dojka flips the script on conventions of sexiness, finding new and unusual erogenous zones, highlighting the oft-ignored parts of the female figure.
Asymmetrically draped, figure-hugging LBDs composed of webbed swatches of silk, jersey, and chiffon contribute to an assemblage of unconventional lingerie with a balance of poetic fragility and bold severity.

Thus the collection being all about distortion rather than sexualization, I wanted to convey this idea in my photo essay.
The narrative unfolds in the journey of a female-identifying metamorphosis. Breaking through the norms of what is commonly seen as a ’normal female’ body.

My goal was to create a juxtaposition of vulnerability and strength. Ultimately communicating that in an assemblage of common distortions it is possible that these two terms
co-exist and don’t annihilate one another.
